Fuller's Earth of Attapulgite Clay
The raw material of this product is selectively high-quality attapulgite.
The product, which is good in performance and low in price, is made through
special processing method and is a good substitute for activated carbon
and activated bentonite clay.
Properties
• It shows selectively absorbing, high de-coloring rate, fast
filtering speed, low residual oil.
• It can remove soap contents, traces of heavy metals in vegetable
oils, and function as natural antioxidant.
• It can adsorb the toxins, such as aflatoxing from vegetable oil
and fat, pesticide remains, and bad smell.•
• The de-colored oils are clear and transparent, and stable in quality.
• The de-colored oils¡¯ acid value won¡¯t rise again and its color
won¡¯t get heavier again.

1. To decolorize and purify vegetable oils, animal fat, colloid

Attapulgite Clay of High Viscosity
It is a special formulated and customized product with high viscosity
based on the natural nonmetal mineral – the attapulgite clay.
Characteristics
With strong adsorption and cohesion forces, good suspending and colloidal
properties, it can be made into mineral wool acoustic panel (e.g.ceiling)
together with other fibers. It will not react with the molecular sieve.
The product has such advantages as high water absorption, good thermal
and sound insulation, adhesive value and adsorption. It can also be recycled.
Applications
1. Building materials
(1) Can be used in both polar and non-polar paints, and dopes, such as
polyurethane paints, building paints, anticorrosion paints, under-water
paints, special powder paints, etc.
(2) The binder and bulking filler of the insulating glass desiccant and
other desiccants
(3) Appending agent for under-water engineering works
2. Agriculture and chemistry industry
(1) The carrier of catalyst or the deflocculant of liquid fertilizer/pesticide.
(2) The binder and bulking filler of the latex and plastic, the desiccant
and adhesives of molecular sieves.
(3) Bulking filler of commodity chemical industries.
3. Petroleum industry
The carrier of activator in the process of petroleum cracking, the bodiness
agent of greases.
4. Printing & dyeing industry
Can be used as the substitute of starch by sizing, and used in bleaching,
filling and anti-static coats.
5. Metallurgy industry
The adhesive of hydrated grit, defloccuant for hydrated coal slurry.
6. Potter industry
Can be used as the molding agent to increase anti-pressure of the enamel.
7. Medicine industry
Can be used as the absorbent of drugs, adhesives of ointment and pills
etc.
8. Machinery industry
High-temperature greases.

Anti-Salt Drilling Mud of Attapulgite Clay
It is selectively mined attapulgite clay. It is designed for the use
of geological drilling, marine drilling, and drilling in salt containing
geological areas.
It features good thermal stability and salt resistant property, therefore,
the number of rejected wells will be small while using it to protect the
well walls, and the drilling efficiency will be improved and the cost
will be cut down as well.
Advantages
1. This product features good thermal colloidal and suspending properties,
and is suitable to be used as drilling mud under various geological conditions.
2. Because of good thermal stability, it shows no flocculation and dilution
under high temperature, therefore, it is applicable for deep drilling
and terrestrial heat drilling.
3. Its salt resistant ability makes it free from being affected by electrolytes,
thus it can still be in mud form even in saturated brine. It is appropriate
for marine and salty stratum drilling.

Usage Introduction
Add water to the product and stir the mixture in a homogenizer for 20
minutes. Then put in synergist and dehydration-weakening agent, etc, to
prepare the required mud.
